RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns/Exchanges
We want to be sure that you're as happy with your product as we are. Most of our products are FREE of charge to return. The listing will state otherwise if an item has returns or is non returnable. If the item is returnable and is not Free Returns the buyer is responsible to ship the item back to us in the same condition as when they received it. For any reason if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

For all returns and exchanges, Please reach out to us and we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return your package. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-7 Business Days dependent on your Bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
